Payment Policy
These policies cover vehicle deposits and purchase balances paid through this website. The vehicle seller and payment recipient are identified before payment and on your sale documents.
Currency
All prices and payments are in Australian dollars (AUD), including GST where applicable. Any additional charges are disclosed before payment.
Delivery
Vehicles are collected by appointment after cleared payment, completed paperwork and agreed preparation. The collection location and expected handover date are confirmed with you. Any delivery location, charge and timeframe must be agreed in writing. We will notify you of delays and discuss your options.
Terms and Conditions
Deposits count towards the vehicle purchase price. The balance is payable under your signed sale contract. Online payment does not replace that contract or guarantee finance approval. Finance conditions must be recorded in the contract; finance agreements apply separately.
Refund and Returns Policy
There is no general cooling-off period for used car sales in Western Australia once the buyer and dealer have signed the contract. Changing your mind does not create an automatic refund right.
Where permitted by the contract and law, cancellation damages may reflect our reasonable, genuine estimated loss, capped at 5% of the total vehicle price for WA dealer sales. This is not an automatic 5% charge. Any remaining deposit is refunded.
Deposits are refunded where legally required, including withdrawal before dealer acceptance, dealer breach, or a valid cancellation under a finance condition.
Your Australian Consumer Law and applicable statutory warranty rights remain. Where legally entitled, remedies may include repair, replacement, refund or compensation.
To request a return or refund, contact us through our Contact Us page with your vehicle details, proof of payment and reason. We may reasonably assess the vehicle. We will meet transport costs required by law. Refunds due are processed promptly to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Bank processing times may vary.
